Meet our Founder and Chairperson of our team. As well as Mediator and Advocate, Trainer and Assessor & Talent Manager from the "Shine Bright" team - Meghan Marie She is not only an experienced, professional and passionate Mentor and Advocate of our team, she also a International model, actress and beauty queen herself who has travelled to New York, Dubai and Africa in these areas as well as featuring in multiple Internation and National magazines for her work. In addition, she is also a loving and dedicated Mother and "survivor and thriver" of Domestic Violence. Hence, her passion working with and supporting people overcome personal obstacles and drive with overcoming their barriers. She also has more than 15 years working and supporting people and finds her role extremely rewarding. And is currently working towards her registration as a Psychologist specializing in the field of Community. Meghan hopes to not only equip people in the Community with valuable creative skills but hopes to transform this into life skills where they can feel uplifted and empowered and contribute to a career in a career that they love. Meghan is bilingual in English and Māori. She is proudly of mixed ethnicity including Māori, Irish, Australian and Polynesian.
